Shipping
Kaiona Swimwear ships all U.S. orders via USPS, which includes tracking. All online orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days and take between 2–7 business days to arrive depending on the destination. Once a shipping label is created, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking may take a while to be updated in their system. Please refer to this tracking number for the most accurate delivery dates.
All U.S. orders over $100 and international orders over $250 qualify for free shipping, which is automatically applied at checkout.

Priority shipping is available for both U.S. and international orders.
International Orders
International orders over $250 automatically receive free shipping. All international orders are shipped via USPS or DHL. When your shipping label is created, you will receive an email with a link to track your package. It can take up to 48 hours for shipping companies to update the tracking number and give you an estimated delivery date. Please refer to this tracking number for the most up-to-date delivery times.
Please note that if your order is shipped via USPS, your international order will only be tracked while in the U.S. Once the package leaves U.S. borders, it will be transferred to your local country's postal service. This is not the case with DHL express orders, which can be tracked from pick up to delivery.
Customs/VAT/Duties
Each country handles duties differently and costs can vary greatly. What qualifies as a duty-free parcel is established by the destination country and our international customers are responsible for any customs taxes or duty fees applied to their package. Kaiona Swimwear has no control over any duty taxes, VAT, or customs fees that may occur. These charges are not included in the original purchase price or shipping costs. Please refer to your country's customs website or local post office for the most updated information regarding the duties that may be applied (trust us, we hate surprises too).
