FAQ's
Do you have any store locations?
Check out our list of stores where you can find us and shop in person. We rarely do pop-ups and markets, but you can follow us on Instagram or TikTok where you'll hear about them first.
If you're a retail shop and are interested in carrying Kaiona Swimwear, please contact us for more information. We're always looking for like-minded businesses to work with!
A suit I want to order is out of stock. When will it be restocked?
We pride ourself in providing exclusive small-batch collections that are intentionally curated. This means less waste and limited styles so you don't end up matching with anyone else at the beach. We rarely do restocks and if we do they are very small, so if you see a bikini you love in your size, don't wait!
Sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of the page to know about new collections and any possible restocks.
Are your swimsuits true to size? Can you help me with sizing?
Yes, our swimwear is designed to fit true to size unless it specifically says otherwise in the product description. All of our suits are made in sizes XS-XXL, with a few styles available in XXS and XXXL. For the best fit, please refer to our size guide.
If you have any specific sizing concerns, feel free to reach out to us directly through the contact form and be sure to include your measurements (cup size, bust, waist, hips). Every body is different and we want you to find your perfect fit!
Which bikini tops and bottoms have the most coverage?
If you're looking for bikini tops with more coverage, we recommend the Sunset, Nalu, and Mokoli'i tops.
We specialize in stay-put cheeky swimsuits, so we do not offer any full coverage bottoms. The Banzai, Mānana, and Irmas bikini bottoms are considered moderate/medium and have the most bum coverage.
Which one piece swimsuits have the most bum coverage?
All of our one piece swimsuits including the Manta Surf Suit have the same medium/moderate bum coverage.
How should I care for my swimsuit?
To extend the life of your bikini, rinse it with cold water after each use and avoid using harsh detergents. Hand washing and line drying is the best thing you can do for longevity of your suit. Refrain from using hot water or the washing or drying machine, which can damage the fabric. Allow your bikini to air dry away from direct sunlight. Proper care helps maintain the fabric’s performance so you can wear your bikini for years to come!
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we immediately begin preparations to get it to you as quickly as possible. If you notice an error with your order, contact us immediately and we will try our best to fix the situation, but we can't make any promises. Orders can not be canceled. No exceptions.
We are unable to make changes to your shipping address once an order is placed.
What material are your bikinis made from?
Our swimwear is crafted from recycled fabrics sourced from plastic waste, including ocean-bound plastic, bottles, carpet scraps, and discarded fishing nets. This material not only performs exceptionally well (it's 50+ UPF, anti-piling, and chlorine and sunscreen resistant), but also helps reduce the overall environmental impact.

What makes your packaging eco-friendly?
We use plastic-free packaging made from recycled and biodegradable materials such as casava starch bags, post-consumer recycled paper tags, and recycled kraft paper mailers. Our commitment to reducing waste extends to every aspect of our business, ensuring minimal environmental impact from purchase to delivery. Read more about it on our Sustainability Page.
