Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds. We only offer exchanges or store credit for full priced items. To begin an exchange, send us an email within 10 days of your delivery date. Include your name, original order number, and the style/size you are looking for or if you would like store credit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your exchange request is approved via email, we will send you a pre-paid return label and invoice of $6 (U.S. customers) for the return shipping. Please do not send a package until you receive written confirmation and a return label from us. Kaiona Swimwear is not responsible for any lost packages.

All items to be exchanged must be in new condition (unused, unwashed, free of deodorant and makeup stains, etc.) with all tags and hygienic liners in place. If the items are obviously worn or have any stains, holes, rips, smells (soap, perfume, smoking, animals, etc.), we will not be able to accept your item. For hygienic reasons, please try on all swimsuits with underwear on. If an item doesn't meet our standards, we will not be able to accept your return and we will return it to the sender.

All sales are final on:

  • Sale items (This does not include items purchased with a discount code.)
  • Accessories (reusable straw sets, visors, hats, bags, keychains, stickers, etc.)
  • Any item purchased at another retailer or trunk show
  • All items purchased during Flash Sales, IG Story Sales, or Sample Sales
  • Gift cards

For our international friends from outside of the United States, you will need to cover the cost of return shipping and place a new order with store credit once your item is received and accepted by us.

Please note: Kaiona Swimwear reserves the right to limit or decline returns and exchanges.

Store Credit

If you would like to exchange an item for store credit, we're happy to do so if you email us within 10 days of your delivery date. Once we receive your item and approve it, you will be issued store credit for the value you paid less shipping costs, which are non-refundable. You will receive the store credit digitally via the email you provided when placing your original order and will be able to use the credit towards a new order on KaionaSwimwear.com. Store credit has no expiration date.

    Defects & Damage

    All items are packaged and inspected by our designer, but we may have missed something (we're only human). Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 10 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you received an incorrect item. Send us an email at: kaionaswim@gmail.com and include a photo of the damaged items. We want you to love your bikini and will do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

    Please note that Kaiona Swimwear is not responsible for packages which are lost or stolen during shipment but are marked as delivered or sent to the wrong address, as entered by the customer. This applies to both domestic and international orders. We are unable to update an incorrect address after the package has left our facility so please be sure to double check your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
